Following on from the success and positive feedback from our previous VACCP/TACCP awareness training course, we’re delighted to be hosting another course!
As you’re aware, the STS Standard focuses on maintaining high and consistent audit standards throughout food manufacturing, distribution and buying/brokering operations who then supply related food products to food supply chain, caterers, and retailers.
Our virtual VACCP/TACCP course has been designed to complement our Issue 10 Standard. By attending our VACCP/TACCP virtual course, you will gain the awareness of the threats and vulnerabilities within and outside of your organisation’s food supply chain. By better understanding and knowing how to mitigate food security risks, you can improve the resilience of your food supply chain, in turn, helping you comply with the Issue 10 Standard clause relating to VACCP/TACCP.
